• Olga Aramini, Registered Social Worker

Sometimes life events can be so overwhelming – to our minds, our emotions, and our nervous systems – that they are beyond our capacity to process and cope, and we get “stuck” in survival mode. When this happens, we may lose our ability to enjoy life, achieve goals, and nurture healthy relationships. If you find yourself “stuck”, know that you are not weak or broken; you are human, and you deserve support so you can heal and live a meaningful and joyous life.

Whether you have experienced trauma, grief and loss, chronic illness or disability, a major life change, or other difficult life experience that has overwhelmed you, therapy can help you process what has happened, break patterns that are holding you back, and empower you with tools and strategies to move forward in a healthy way that is consistent with your values. By providing an integrative approach using evidence-based methodologies within a safe space and a warm, compassionate connection, I can help you move past your hurt so you can be present, joyful, and fulfilled.

Olga is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have endured childhood trauma, sexual assault, and intimate partner violence, as well as those who are coping with chronic pain and disabilities, and those struggling with parenting and family challenges. She has completed advanced training in the treatment of trauma and believes in integrating a variety of evidence-based methods with a strengths-based, creative, and individualized approach to healing.
