How to Manage Stress and Anxiety Using Body-Based Strategies
Stress and anxiety are definitely no fun, and they can wreak havoc on our minds and bodies. Often they can show up as spiraling thoughts that are difficult to turn off and uncomfortable physical symptoms such as fatigue, a fast heartbeat or fast breathing, restlessness or digestive issues.
Maybe you’ve tried avoiding the stressors, shutting down your thoughts, venting to a friend or just pushing through – but none of this really seems to be helping.
The Finding Calm in the Body group will help improve your ability to manage stress and anxiety so that you can experience calm in your body and mind again. You will learn an abundance of body-based strategies that help to calm the nervous system down and signal to the brain that you’ve got this!
Together, we will help you build a personalized toolkit that leaves you feeling empowered and in control when faced with stress and anxiety.
