This 4-week group will improve your ability to manage stress and anxiety so that you can find calm in your body and mind again.
Over 4 weeks, you will learn an abundance of body-based (mindfulness and somatic) strategies which science shows effectively calm the nervous system.
After completing the group, participants reported that they felt
better able to manage body-based symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and stress
feeling empowered in their mental health journey
