    We are located at 130 Spadina Avenue in Toronto

    Our office is located in Toronto’s Fashion District at 130 Spadina Avenue in Toronto.

    On the north-west corner of Richmond and Spadina.

    When you arrive, take the elevator to the fourth floor, turn left and keep going until you reach unit 402.

    Our building is wheelchair accessible.

    While you’re here

    Therapy can be uncomfortable so we do our best to create a comfortable and welcoming space in which you feel at ease sharing.

    We are serious about your privacy and confidentiality.

    We built our office with your privacy in mind, going above industry standards. Soft and rigid sound attenuating materials are used within the walls of each of our therapy rooms and various external measures are used to minimize and mask sound transfer.

    Our rooms are cozy and modern with comfortable couches, chairs, and pillows you can cuddle into for comfort. Distress tolerance kits/fidget items are available for your use throughout the session.

    A selection of herbal teas and water are available.

    Saje essential oils are used to create a relaxing atmosphere.

    We welcome individuals of all genders and identities, however, it is important to note that the building only has gender binary restrooms at this time.

    Getting Here - Driving

    City driving can be a nightmare with traffic and one-way streets. Finding affordable parking is even more difficult. We encourage you to take transit, walk, or cycle when possible.

    If you do choose to drive, we are located just 1 km north of the Gardiner Expressway and Lakeshore Blvd.

    We are also easily accessible via main streets including Spadina Ave, Bathurst St., Queen St., Dundas St. and University Ave.

    If you have to drive, we encourage you to plan ahead and allow ample time to find parking. There are several options for street and lot parking within walking distance from our office.

    Street Parking

    Green P street parking is available on Spadina Avenue (north of Queen), Camden Street, Queen Street (west of Spadina) and surrounding streets at varying times through out the day. 

    Ticketing and towing happens quickly and frequently. Be sure to read and follow signs carefully.

    Street parking is NOT permitted on Spadina Ave. directly in front of our building.

    Lot Parking

    There are several underground and above ground lots near us including 

    • two above ground lots off Camden Street directly behind our building, 
    • an underground lot on the north west corner of King and Spadina, 
    • an underground lot on the south east corner of Adelaide and Spadina, 
    • two underground lots at Brant Street and Adelaide, and
    • one underground and above ground lot on Richmond just west of Spadina.

    The Parking Lots often require payment via an app.

    Getting Here - Transit

    Our office is easily accessible via transit:

    510 Spadina streetcar 

    • Northbound stop is directly in front of us at Richmond St.
    • Southbound stop is less than 2 minute walk from Queen St

    504 King streetcar

    • Less than a 5 minute walk from the Spadina Ave stop

    501 Queen streetcar

    • 2 minute walk from the Spadina Ave stop

    511 Bathurst streetcar

    • 11 minute walk from the Queen St. West stop
