Hi – I’m Mary, and I use she/her pronouns.
Life can be unpredictable, messy, and at times, deeply painful. You may be carrying experiences that feel too heavy to manage on your own, or emotions that seem to come in waves—confusing, overwhelming, or hard to explain. Maybe you’ve tried to push through, but something inside is telling you it’s time to slow down and reach out for support.
I know that when you’re in a dark place, it can feel like something is fundamentally wrong with you—or like you’re too much, not enough, or beyond help. But you’re not broken, even if it feels that way. Healing isn’t about fixing who you are—it’s about gently getting to know yourself, piece by piece, with compassion and patience.
In therapy, I offer a space where you don’t have to pretend or hold it all together. You can show up exactly as you are—messy, numb, overwhelmed, or unsure—and still be met with warmth, respect, and care. I believe that real healing begins with genuine connection and is supported by approaches that are grounded in both science and empathy.
Rainy days are a part of life, and while I can’t make them disappear, I can help you find the tools to weather them with greater ease and self-compassion. Together, we’ll create meaningful change—so you can move forward with more clarity, connection, and confidence.
Mary is currently accepting clients for virtual daytime and evening appointments.
