In our sessions, you’ll find a space where you can be yourself and your story can unfold at your pace without judgement. Together, we will approach your goals evidence‑based practices designed to help your mind and nervous system find balance, while staying true to your lived experience. I aim to create a space that feels safe, warm, and even a little lighthearted – because healing doesn’t have to mean endless tears and tissues (though we have those too, just in case).
Healing may take time, but it’s ABSOLUTELY possible. Over time, you’ll start noticing shifts – in your relationships, your boundaries, your emotions, and perhaps even how you talk to yourself. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s finding the right tools to manage the concerns that have been weighing you down (and maybe a bit of self-compassion along the way).
