• Randi Sears, Registered Social Worker

HI! My name is Randi and my pronouns are she/her, they/them.

Our relationship patterns are often shaped through moments of vulnerability, loss, or survival. Over time, trauma can influence how we connect, protect ourselves, and understand ourselves and the world around us. Therapy can offer a space to explore these patterns and begin building ways of living that feel more grounded, secure, and aligned.

I work with youth and adults who have experienced trauma, including sexual violence, childhood sexual abuse, relational trauma, and complex or developmental trauma. I also support clients navigating dissociation or intense emotional patterns. Together, we can explore how these patterns developed and build consent- both within yourself and in your relationships.

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to answer questions, hear what you’re looking for, and get a sense of whether working together feels right.

Randi sees clients virtually and in-person at our downtown office space.

    Approach & Professional Experience

I practice as an integrative, relational therapist, combining different approaches to fit each person’s unique history and needs. We work together using both talk-based and body-centered methods to help you notice your internal cues, strengthen your sense of choice and safety, and live in alignment with your own values.

As a queer therapist, I work from a decolonial and anti-oppressive framework, supporting diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures, including non-monogamous and non-traditional relationships. My goal is to offer a space where you don’t need to educate your therapist or simplify your experiences in order to be understood.

I am a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist with over ten years of experience in trauma-focused work in community- based and hospital settings. My areas of focus include:

    Sexual Violence & Sexual Trauma | Complex Trauma (C-PTSD & PTSD) | Dissociation & Parts Work | Borderline Personality Disorder | Dissociative Identity Disorder | Attachment & Developmental Trauma | Identity & Self-Discovery | Values-Aligned Living

Caring for myself is not self-indulgent. Caring for myself is an act of survival
