Hi! I’m Lisa and I use She/Her pronouns.

Have you caught yourself spacing out or feeling detached from yourself or what’s happening around you? Maybe you believe that the world is a dangerous place and that people aren’t trustworthy. If any of this rings true, you’re not alone. These are just a few ways in which our bodies respond to difficult or traumatic events.
I have focused my career on helping individuals, couples, and families work through these symptoms, heal their traumas, and find peace and connection within themselves and their loved ones.
There are many solutions and tools that I can share that can help you process the past, alleviate the pain, and bring joy into your life. Part of our work will help you to recalibrate your body, leaving you feeling grounded and present. I am dedicated to helping you through this healing journey.
