You may struggle with feelings of hurt, anger and uncertainty, perhaps you have been betrayed by someone very close to you.
When we are faced with feelings of distrust, resentment, guilt, or shame, the hope for change can seem far away. Therapy can provide a safe place for you to identify these feelings, identify the root causes, and feel empowered.
