I am a Registered Psychotherapist, in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I completed my Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and have been practicing psychotherapy since 2017. I have a special interest in supporting individuals with trauma and complex PTSD, childhood abuse/neglect, first responders, sexual assault survivors and infidelity. In addition, I provide clinical supervision to interns and psychotherapists in varying stages of the CRPO process.
About My Approach
It can often be challenging to feel as though you are alone in your thoughts, worrying about the future, feeling trapped in painful patterns or emotions, or feeling stuck about which direction to take. You may struggle with feelings of hurt, anger and uncertainty, perhaps you have been betrayed by someone very close to you. When we are faced with feelings of distrust, resentment, guilt, or shame, the hope for change can seem far away. Therapy can provide a safe place for you to identify these feelings, identify the root causes, and feel empowered.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based and holistic approaches. I provide a safe and compassionate space for you to explore your emotions and experiences. I will help support you in your journey toward healing, empowerment, and personal growth.
