    Committment
    • We are looking for someone who can commit to seeing clients in-office three days a week, including at least two evening or weekend days.

    • We ask that therapists see 5 clients per in-person day. 
    •  
    • Access times: Day-time access: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM Evening access: 3 PM – 9 PM 
    You’re a Great Fit If You…
    • Believe, down to your core, that trauma recovery is possible. 
    • Use EMDR (EMDRIA-approved or EMDR 2.0), CPT, IFS, or other structured trauma modalities. 
    • Use evidence-based approaches in trauma recovery. 
    • Understand PTSD, complex trauma, and trauma-related dissociation deeply. 
    • Feel passionate about supporting survivors of interpersonal traumas including childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault and intimate partner violence. 
    • Feel confident providing psychoeducation on trauma, including sexual trauma. 
    • Have experience or interest in supporting partners/families of survivors. 
    • Are affirming and informed in working with neurodivergent clients (e.g., ADHD, autism).
    • Provide anti-oppressive, inclusive care across identities. 
    • Value working in community with skilled, compassionate peers. 
    Requirements
    • Completed Master’s-level education (including practicum) → If you’re still in practicum, reach out AFTER you graduate! 
    • Registered and in good standing with CRPO or OCSWSSW 
    • Able to commit to at least two in-person days per week 
    • Willing to build a caseload of 15–30 sessions/week over time

        • 2) Have you COMPLETED your internship/practicum and schooling (completed means that you have finished all of your classes and practicum)

        • 4) Why do you want to work in a trauma focused practice?
        • 5) What days and times are you available to work IN PERSON? Please note, we give clinicians access to our rooms for 6 hours during which we ask that you see 5 clients. Morning access is 8:30 am – 2:30 pm and evening access is 3 pm – 9 pm.
