• Responsibilities
    • Connecting with psychotherapy clients via telephone, email, and social media
    • Completing intake interviews and answering client questions
    • Opportunities to observe and assist with note taking for Psychotherapeutic groups
    • Assisting with content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters
    • Supporting a team of psychotherapists and social workers
    • Completing other administrative tasks such as sending faxes, compiling referral documents, scoring and managing assessment measures, creating various resources for clients, etc.
    A Successful Candidate
    • Possesses a positive attitude and strong sense of personal integrity
    • Forms relationships easily and enjoys communicating by telephone and video
    • Incredibly attentive to detail
    • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong proficiency in English
    • Experience using excel, Jane, Zoom, Canva, and Zoho mail preferred
    • Upper year or MA Psychology students are welcome to apply
    Hours and How to Apply
    • Part time (5-10 hours a week)
    • The role is entirely remote and so access to private space with a strong internet connection, personal computer/laptop is required.
