Hi – My name is Seema and my pronouns are she/her!
My intention is to provide a safe space, where you can explore your inner self, and work through difficult or overwhelming thoughts, feelings or behaviours that no longer serve you.
In a busy world, where there is often experiences of loneliness and misunderstanding, I want to work with you, together, where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I use a compassionate and curious approach to get to know you.
Therapy might be new to you or perhaps you have had therapy in the past, regardless of your experience, starting therapy can be anxiety provoking. At the same time, therapy can be very useful to learn concrete tools, strategies and skills to help you cope, and start getting back to a life where you feel stronger, calmer, and have more clarity.
