Having recently relocated from the States to Canada, I completed my Master of Social Work degree at the University of Toronto. I had the gift of interning at Sunnybrook Health and Science Centre in the NICU, Birthing Unit, and General Medicine and at a private practice in Midtown. Here in Toronto, I continue to explore the intersection of mental health and wellbeing, mindfulness, and sacred activism. My personal and professional journey, deeply rooted in mindfulness-based practices and interventions, has equipped me with valuable insights such as curiosity, compassion, gentle humor, and presence to invite into your therapy sessions, your relationships, and your everyday life, creating opportunities for meaningful connection and transformation.
About My Approach
As a Registered Social Worker (RSW), Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200), and Mindfulness Educator, I integrate a variety of practices to create holistic and meaningful therapeutic experiences for couples, individuals, and families.
Nurtured by a heartfelt connection with nature and contemplative practices, my approach to therapy revolves around attunement, groundedness, and compassion. Feeling connected creates a sense of meaning, and I am dedicated to supporting you to foster connections and nurture your relationships.
With over a decade of studying and teaching contemplative modalities, I have shared mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices with diverse individuals and groups, including children, youth, adults, and seniors in spaces ranging from primary schools to universities, public spaces, wellness studios, businesses, and community organizations.
