Hello! I’m Anjali and my pronouns are she/her.
I am a registered psychotherapist qualifying with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. I have an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and I am currently completing my master’s thesis at Western University in Counselling Psychology.
Before working with justice involved high-risk youth, I started my career working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with complex mental health challenges. I now support adults and youth experiencing a variety of challenges related to trauma and emotions.
I take a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and holistic approach with clients which considers the systemic and developmental causes of psychological challenges. I prioritize the lived experiences of my clients while also valuing the innate resilience that they bring to the therapeutic space. I believe that taking an eclectic approach to therapy is important as each client seeks therapy for various reasons and requires individualized support.
Anjali sees clients virtually and offers psychotherapy in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
