Hi – My name is Aliye and my pronouns are she/her.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Istanbul Bilgi University. I focus on working with individuals seeking help with the lasting impacts of childhood trauma.
My approach is relational and client-centered, grounded in the belief that healing in therapy happens through a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. I work closely with each client, tailoring treatment plans to their specific needs by incorporating a range of evidence-based techniques. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I use mindfulness and somatic practices to help clients reconnect with their emotions and develop a deeper understanding of their bodies.
I strive to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where adult survivors of childhood trauma can safely explore their emotional wounds. I’m committed to offering an inclusive, culturally sensitive environment that welcomes clients from all backgrounds. My goal is to help individuals move beyond past trauma and toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Together, we work on fostering trust in yourself and others to cultivate healthier relationships.
Aliye sees clients in-person and online and offers therapy in both English and Turkish.
