Ashley D. Whylly is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has worked in healthcare for over 6 years and brings a well-rounded perspective to her work in mental health. Ashley has been practicing psychotherapy in community, and private practice settings, specializing in supporting individuals and couples navigating major life transitions including reproductive health, traumatic grief, and relational and cultural stressors.
Ashley is passionate about helping clients process the emotional complexities of family-building, perinatal mental health, and life transitions. She has pursued specialized training to further her understanding of these experiences, allowing her to provide compassionate, anti oppressive, and trauma-focused care.
Ashley recognizes that each client’s journey is unique and requires a personalized approach. She tailors treatment plans to meet the individual needs of her clients, ensuring a supportive and effective therapeutic experience.
