Hi – I’m Amy and I use she/her pronouns.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your emotions or disconnected from yourself and others, it can be difficult to find your way forward. You might feel stuck in old patterns, struggling with body image issues, disordered eating, or unresolved trauma. In relationships, intimacy may feel distant, and communication can be challenging, leading to feelings of isolation or insecurity. You might also be questioning if healing is even possible or wondering if there’s something wrong with you.
You don’t have to carry this burden alone. In therapy, I offer a compassionate space where every part of you is welcome—especially the parts of you that may have been dismissed, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. Together, we will process past trauma in a way that allows you to feel freer, more connected, and empowered. Through our work, we’ll address relational patterns and create new experiences of safety, trust, and connection—within yourself and in your relationships.
My approach fosters healing by integrating tools that support emotional resilience, help you navigate difficult memories, and equip you with strategies to move forward with confidence and self-compassion.
Even if you’ve been carrying heavy emotions for a long time, I firmly believe healing is possible. Transformation doesn’t require “fixing” yourself but understanding and embracing your emotional experiences. Over time, as we work together, you’ll feel more grounded and connected to yourself and others. You’ll be able to show up more authentically in your relationships, set clear boundaries, and experience deeper trust and joy.
Therapy will provide you with the opportunity to rediscover your inner strength, heal from past wounds, and step into the life and relationships you desire—full of meaning, fulfillment, and connection.
Amy offers individual and couples therapy both in person at our Toronto office (located at Spadina and Richmond) and virtually.
