You may have experienced events in your life that have deeply harmed you emotionally, physically, or mentally. Perhaps you grew up not knowing what it’s like to feel safe being who you are. These experiences may have left you in emotional turmoil or numb and disconnected. Maybe you blame yourself for what happened. The feelings you are left with may be conflicting and seem uncontrollable.

Trauma’s impact on our lives can be overwhelming and confusing. It’s hard to start the path to healing. If you choose to start therapy with me, I want you to know that I am committed to building a safe and trusting relationship where you feel supported in facing your most painful feelings and memories. I use therapy treatments that have been proven to help based on the latest research.

Working together, I believe that you can process what happened to you, deepen your understanding of yourself, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes. I look forward to being a witness to your growth.
