Often, after painful or distressing life experiences, you can find yourself feeling stuck and caught between the past and the life you want to be living. Parts of you may still carry shame, grief, guilt, or worthlessness that shows up in your relationship with yourself and others. You might feel overwhelmed by your emotions, or aware of patterns that no longer serve you, but feel powerless to change them.
I work with individuals who have experienced messy childhoods, complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, and traumatic grief – people who are ready for something deeper than surface-level support or quick fixes. My clients are not looking to simply cope; they are ready to do the deeper work: to face uncomfortable truths, take responsibility for their patterns, and shift their relationship to themselves, their relationships, and their story.
Our work is about your return to yourself and a reclamation of the aliveness, clarity, security, and self-honouring that may have been lost along the way. I believe that safety in your authentic self is not something you earn or perform your way into; It is your birthright.
My approach goes beyond insight. Together, we work at the root: healing early wounds, supporting embodied nervous system regulation, and creating new internal blueprints for secure, healthy living. This is also a process of remembering who you are beneath the protective patterns – someone whole and inherently worthy.
In our work, I offer both compassion and challenge. I will support you in moving through what feels stuck, while also gently inviting you to face what has been avoided or buried at a pace that respects your readiness, boundaries, and agency. I provide evidence-based tools within a grounded, secure therapeutic space where your experiences can be safely held.
Change is possible. I have witnessed it in many clients who once felt the way you may feel now. It is an honour to walk alongside you as you move toward a life of greater meaning, connection, and self-trust.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Psychology.
